I. BY USING OUR LICENSED APPLICATIONS YOU AGREE: 

1. To be respectful to other players and their works; 

2. To use language that you would use if you were talking to them face to face in a civilised manner without using bad words, profanity or slang; 

3. Your posts/messages will not be rude. 

4. Understand that the game is played by small kids so do not post things that are not appropriate for them; 

5. You will not announce other games or software products except our games; 

6. You will not advertise products or services outside the scope of our games; 

7. You will present yourself and not impersonate any other persons;

8. Comments and screenshots of other games or apps and unauthorised posting of artwork or photography without author permission, such as for online role-playing, are not allowed. 

II. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT POST MESSAGES THAT CONTAIN OR REFER TO: 

1. Violence or crime; 

2. Sexual activity or sexual innuendo, nudity; 

3. Bullying;

4. Bad language; 

5. Promotion or use of drugs; 

6. Promotion of alcohol or tobacco; 

7. Scary scenes; 

8. Guns; 

9. Religion or cult; 

10. Hate speech; 

11. False stories about real persons or events; 

12. Scam.

III. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT USE THIS FEATURE FOR ANY ACTIVITIES FORBIDDEN BY LAW IN YOUR COUNTRY OR IN THE USA, AUSTRALIA, BRAZIL, CANADA, EUROPEAN UNION, RUSSIA AND SWITZERLAND.

IV. If you violate any of these rules or other players complain about your behaviour, your account will be suspended. All messages are being recorded and archived with timestamp, the IP address and the account of the sender.  The stored information is never shared with third parties, but may be monitored by us from time to time to make sure that players respect the above rules.
